VSF-BELGIUM is a recognized developmental International NGO founded in 1995 working with disadvantaged communities to increase their standards of living, improve food security and livelihood sustainability through improved animal health and animal production. In East Africa, our programs focus on community based animal health services, capacity building of local institutions and governments, conflict mitigation and sustainable natural resource management.

Tender documents must be collected from VSF-B offices upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh 2,000. Tender bids in sealed envelopes and clearly marked the supply category tendered for to be addressed to VSF.B Tender Committee, must be dropped at the VSF-Belgium tender box on 3rd floor, Titan Complex, Chaka road, Nairobi, Kenya before 28th October 2011. Current suppliers who wish to continue in VSF-Belgium list of suppliers should also present their bids.

A complete set of Tender documents may be obtained from the School Reception office from Monday to Friday during working hours 8.00 am-1 .00 pm. and 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm upon payment of a non refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000.00 per set Completed tender documents enclosed in plain, sealed envelopes and clearly marked with the appropriate Tender Reference Number, bearing no indication of the tenderer can be sent to the address below or be deposited in the Tender Box situated at the ground floor at Alliance High School Offices next to the reception

Tenders will be closed and opened immediately in the school Boardroom at 2.00 pm.
