KENYA POLICE STAFF SACCO SOCIETY LTD

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Kenya Police Staff Sacco Society Ltd owns a plot at Ngara (Nairobi) of size 0.2553 of an Acre which it intends to develop.

The objective of this expression of interest is to pre-qualify consortium of consulting firms capable of preparing layout/design options, cost estimates, final construction tender documents, project management through to commissioning and handover.

The consortium should have a wide, well proven experience in this particular field whose areas of expertise comprise of: 

a)     Architecture  

b)    Quantity Surveying  

c)     Landscaping  

d)    Electrical Engineering  

e)     Mechanical Engineering for plumbing, drainage and fires systems Civil/Structural Engineering  

f)     Environmental Impact Assessment

Eligible firms with relevant experience are invited to express their interest for the provision of consultancy services as a Consortium which expression of interest should include but not limited to the following:

1. Profiles of consortium firms including certificate of registration and background. 
2. Evidence of at least five (5) assignment of similar nature as lead consultant individually or as part of a consortium together with values, client names, telephone numbers and addresses. 
3. Detailed company profiles including curriculum vitae and financial status and technical capacity to undertake the assignment. 
4. Evidence of tax compliance

Expressions of Interest in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked (EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES AS A CONSORTIUM). The same should reach us on or before 04th November 2011

Expressions of Interest submitted later than the closing date and time shall automatically be disqualified whatever the circumstances. Tender opening shall take place soon thereafter at 2.00 pm in the Society’s Board Room House, 3° Floor, Mamlaka Road off Nyerere Road, Nairobi, in the presence of candidates and/or their representatives who may wish to attend. Expressions of Interest are not transferable.
