The Mombasa Water Supply & Sanitation Co. Ltd invites eligible, qualified and Registered Firms to bid for the following Tenders;

Complete Tender documents with the detailed information may be obtained from the procurement office at our premises, Mikindani Street off Nkrumah road during office working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ksh.3000.00 (Three thousand only) per Tender document, paid in cash or Bankers cheque.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security as specified above .Tender documents in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked with Tender No. and description should be addressed and be posted to;

Or be deposited in the Tender Box located Outside the Managing Director’s office, on or before 11.00am, Tuesday 2nd November 2011. Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter at the Company’s Boardroom in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend. Tender documents submitted after the closing date & time will be rejected. Mombasa Water reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted document in whole or part and does not bind itself to give any reason for its action.
